What are HVLS fans?
HVLS fans (High Volume Low Speed) are large industrial fans that measure in diameter from 6 to 24 feet. These fans rotate at a slow speed and circulate a large amount of air by pushing air above the fan downwards.
HVLS fans are highly efficient using very little energy. These fans produce optimal airflow without costing a lot to run.
By design, they circulate the air in warm seasons and provide cooling without having to add more HVAC. In cold seasons, they move warm air trapped at the top of the ceiling and push it downwards.
