@Shirlszzz They put you through stupid checks nonstop before you can even speak with a live agent. Once they live agent gets on the phone they put you through the same stupid steps when their service is faulty. I’m tired of paying $250 a month for horrible service @Xfinity @XfinitySupport

@AltitudeTV @katywinge @ChrisMarlowe I’m a lifelong Nuggets fan and steady supporter of Altitude network since launch. I cancelled Comcast and switched DirectTV to watch Altitude. I was disappointed today when Katy tweeted a phrase that I consider derogatory (“mansplaining”)…when I pointed it out she blocked me.

@_________tgif @Xfinity That has nothing to do with their phones. That's an issue with the carrier that Xfinity uses for your specific area and could be due to where you live (i.e. your house, trees, or other objects could be blocking signal).

New Comcast router/modem seemed to have fixed the problem. We'll test Verizon 5G Home Internet this weekend - $35 cheaper per month for the 2 yrs. It will depend if we get a good signal. We live in a 10 block T-Mobile dead zone. We learned when our phone SIM cards were swapped

@HTHRFLWRS @Xfinity Xfinity is an atrocity at customer service. You can talk to a person by opening the chat support on the website and repeatedly typing "chat with agent". Sometimes it will fail but if you keep trying it will eventually work.
